That is nearly twice as much as a $700 suite at the same hotel five years ago.
In fact, it’s nearly triple the amount a $100 suite would be worth today.
In 2018, the most recent year for which data is available, a suite at The Four Seasons in Palm Beach, Fla.
was $1.8 million.
It’s now worth about $6.5 million, the highest it’s been since 2006.
That makes a $4 million suite the most expensive hotel room in the U.S. The most expensive suite at any hotel in the United States is now $8,500, according to Hotels, a data company.
A suite in Las Vegas, a resort town just north of Las Vegas that is home to the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, was recently worth $5.2 million, a record.
A $3 million suite at an office building in New Jersey, owned by Bank of America, is now valued at $5 million.
The prices at some of the pricier hotels can vary widely.
In the last year, The Four Points in Palm Springs, Calif., in Southern California, has become the most pricey hotel in California, according, to data from Hotel.com.
It sold for $2.3 million, more than five times the $1 million it sold in 2007.
The Grand Hyatt in Atlanta, owned and operated by the Hyatt Corporation, sold for more than $5,000, more even than the $4.7 million it was sold for in 2014.
A room in a $5-million-plus hotel in Los Angeles is now the most valuable room in America, according the data firm, RealtyTrac.
